This year we're holding the last YAPC::Asia Tokyo, which will be the culmination of the last 10 years. (Note: By the time YAPC::EU begins, YAPC::Asia is already over)

In this talk I intend to explain what we have done, what we were aiming for, what sort of services we used to prepare and execute a conference of this size with mere 8 people on board.

Since this is going to be the last conference that we will be holding for the foreseeable future, I would like to welcome anybody who is even remotely interested in organizing large scale geeky events, and pass down the experience and knowledge that I have gained by being a part of growing YAPC::Asia Tokyo from 100+ to 2000 attendees.
