About
Run by volunteers from the London Perl & Raku community, LPW will have talks about Perl, Raku, and other languages, technologies, and topics.
LPW is an inclusive event and we would love to have you attend, whether this is your first time learning about Perl or Raku, or your 18th workshop. We encourage attendees and speakers of any age, background or circumstance, and we are open to receiving proposals for talks on any subject you think your fellow attendees will find interesting.
Further news will be posted here and to our feed.
How can I attend?
To attend is free, all you need to do is create a new user account or log in and then register. We encourage all attendees to register in advance for easier access to the venue.
Sponsors
LPW is reliant on the generosity of our sponsors to run a great community event at no cost to our attendees. If you or your company would like to sponsor the London Perl & Raku Workshop then please see our sponsorship information and do not hesitate to contact the organisers if you have any questions.
We also greatly appreciate donations from attendees.
Latest News
26/10/26 The schedule is now available
We now have a list of accepted talks and an initial schedule! See what's coming at our schedule page, and details about the specific talks at our talks spage. It's still possible the schedule might change, but if it does, they should be fairly minor changes, and they will be announced here (and in our other channels) if and when they happen.
Note that our break-out room still has plenty of capacity, so if you are interested in organising a workshop, hackathon, BOF session, or anything else, do get in touch and we can get it in the schedule.
Remember also that you can register your interest about specific talks, which will be helpful for scheduling and making sure that conflicts are kept to a minimum. And if you have any other feedback, we'd be happy to hear it!
We would also like to again thank our sponsors for making this year's conference possible, and to all our attendees for helping us make it a success. See you next month!
23/10/26 Emails are down
The contact email address listed on this website (organisers@londonperlworkshop.com) is currently not working. This means that you won't be able to use it to reach out to the team or to receive updates, and new user registrations through the website are not working at the moment.
We are looking for alternatives, but in the meantime, if you need to reach out, do get in touch with us by emailing jjatria+lpw@gmail.com or through our account on Mastodon at https://fosstodon.org/@lprw
We will update here as soon as we have a more permanent solution.
01/09/26 Donation links are now back online
The donation links are working again! We appreciate any donations, but remember they are entirely optional: the event is still free for all attendees.
