I'm currently writing a draft to bring some new flavour into the so called modern software development methodologies.
Thats why I thought a lot about several of them, their shortcomings and strengths. So even if this may at first sound like some wild ramblings - thats just because it grew out of personal pain. My envisioned workflows are no silver bullet & not polished, but my core idea is: follow the natural flow of thought and just use fully whats there and don't waste it by let it slip away. Furthermore I lean toward such dangerous concepts as: "docs are important", "prototypes are fun", "tests last" and "honest communication".
