We all want Perl to flourish - don't we?
We all think Perl deserves better no matter the current situation. Am I right? We definitely think Perl should rightfully enjoy more popularity than - say - PHP, because in any respect it IS the better choice. No?

This is a talk about a "Perl Strategy". A HowTo and TODOs for giving Perl more popularity than PHP and Python *together*. No, it's not a trivial task and yes, you will be surprised about what these TODOs actually are. And no, you will probably not like all of them.

And again yes, it's feasible and actually no mystical secret knowledge recipe. For a start, let us - as the Perl Comunity - stop doing some things utterly wrong.
