The "My 16 of 25" talk will raise one important topic: A missing strategy for Perl
Some proposals will be made about what goals Perl could/should have and what strategy could be defined to pursue them.
These proposals should be thoroughly discussed - ideally reaching a consensus.
This is not a 1:n talk - it's a m:n workshop. Strategists are welcome. You may want to cross-check if you really are a strategist.

The goal of this talk is to have a definition of goal(s) and strategy for Perl that is acceptable for the Perl community as such.
20 minutes are enough for us! :-) In any case I have prepared some material that got more than 20 minutes of thinking-time.
At least we should manage to get a core definition going that would allow to start a process that would lead to a final definition and acceptance by the Perl community.
