Protocol buffers are Google's language-neutral, platform-neutral, extensible mechanism for serialising structured data – think XML+Schema, but smaller, faster, and simpler.
Google::ProtocolBuffers::Dynamic, released early this year, provides excellent Perl bindings to the C++ library.
In this talk I will give you a short introduction on writing Schema files, and how to use the Perl bindings (basic usage, extending the classes and introspection)
