Perl Executing Browser (PEB) is a Qt4/5 WebKit browser capable of executing Perl, Python or PHP scripts locally without a web server. CGI-like and long-running scripts can be executed locally in serverless mode and they can be fed from HTML forms using CGI protocol GET and POST methods. Serverless execution of local scripts is separated from the traditional browser access to local or remote servers. Limited interaction with the built-in Perl debugger is also supported.
