Sometimes it can be hard to tell whether a change in someone's behavior is conscious or not. Recognizing various patterns and their changes can help a lot to tell if things are going as expected or if something is off. Had I realized one of those pattern changes in time, I probably could have avoided spending years to work on fixing it. In hindsight, it was easy to correlate offline life events with pattern changes in my GitHub activity graph. Now I know how do they look like, I'm happy to share my story, so maybe others find their unconscious changes earlier.
