Perl Tutorials don't suck anymore!

Quite some time ago i bemoaned in a blog post that the internet's primary information source, Google, gave seekers of Perl information the worst kind of information: A Perl 4 tutorial.

Subsequently i set out to fix it and have done so in a manner that could be described as successful, with http://perl-tutorial.org/

I'd like to describe why this site exists, how it works and how other Perlers can help.
