The Perl 6 exception system differs significantly from that of Perl 5. Errors from the compilers and built-ins have dedicated types, and it's easy for the user to write new exception types.
There are also a few primitives that give you more power when handling exceptions.
I will provide an overview of the exception system and the phasers and built-ins that help the user to deal with exceptions in a sensible way.
I promise to show only code that at least one compiler can run.
