For the last few months the PAUSE admins have been working to document the rules, principles, and processes behind the PAUSE service.
At the core of this is the model for indexing permissions, how they're assigned, transferred, and conflicts relating to them resolved. In creating this we've identified a number of changes that are needed to provide a better service.
In this talk I'll put PAUSE in context, talk about what prompted this, and then give an overview of the model.
