Plack::App::Proxy as a tool for maintaining HTTP traffic in heterogeneous network.

It can work as proxy server which translates HTTP trafic: for rewriting URL, header and body of request, changing peer server or connection protocol. Traffic caching and logging could be an additional bonus.
