Here comes the announcement of the very first YAPC::Europe 2016 Training. It’s official, Dave Cross is going to teach Modern Web Development with Perl and Dancer.

• When? Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016
• Where? ClujHub located at 19, Pitesti street
• What? One-day, hands-on course
• Cost: ~ 100 € (TBA)

It’ll be a hands-on course and over a day we’ll build a complete (and, hopefully) useful little web application using a number of modern web technologies. The back-end will (of course) be Perl (specifically Dancer2) but we’ll also be using Bootstrap, jQuery, Mustache and more.

As soon as we have more details & you’ll be able to book your seat, we are publishing everything to the YAPC::Europe 2016 website, but there are some fabulous plans being discussed.


Dave Cross is already really excited about the content of his training & we think it’s gonna be awesome.
