• Add your name to the appropriate section on WhosStayingWhere
• Register for the conference
• Purchase your conference ticket
• Browse the schedule and select which talks you want to attend (click the star on the left of the talk)
• See if you're interested in one of the training courses happening before or after YAPC
• See which BOFs are being proposed and add your name and support to the ones you feel like attending
• Have a look at the recent changes on the Wiki
• If you're beinging someone with you, check the Partner Program to see if it interests you
