Salve will be sharing some of his experiences from organizing volunteer communities, and we'll use some of these as a basis for further discussion on how to make the Perl community better and more vibrant.
This will not be a regular presentation, but rather a public discussion about what works, what doesn't and what what we can do to make it more fun to participate in the Perl community.
This talk will be a refinement of Salve's talk at YAPC::EU in Frankfurt this year.
