Every month the Perl 5 Porters release a new version of perl.
I released version 5.31.3 - my first release - in August 2019.
This talk will describe perl's development and release processes. It might interest anyone interested in releasing software, quality assurance or understanding how progress happens in Perl 5.
Attendees would benefit from a little understanding of Perl 5, CPAN and version control, but no prior knowledge is necessary.
