Rex, the friendly automation framework acknowledges that "there is more than one way to manage it", and puts the user in charge of how it is best to approach their situation at hand. It's easy to get on board, making it friendly for incremental development. It's also based on Perl, which enables harnessing the power of a vast ecosystem of well-established tools and workflows.
