Tickets:

"MDV Einzelfahrkarte" (single route) 90min in zones 110, 162, 163 for 5,20 EUR (purchase via ticket machine or Deutsche Bahn app)
S-Bahn ticket is NOT valid for bus & tram in Leipzig -> additional ticket from LVB required!

use tram 10 to Moritz Hof/Loessnig or tram 11 to Doelitz
exit at Hohe Str., hotel is at next crossing street Paul-Gruner-Str. to your left
that's 4 stops, so "Kurzstrecke" is enough
