Getting FIT in Perl

The Garmin FIT file format has become the quasi-standard for fitness
activities. Many sports watches, bike head units, and online services such as
Zwift save activities into this format. Strava, a major sport tracking
application, accepts this format as input. So does Perl! In this talk, I'll
dig into the FIT format with the help of the `Geo::FIT` module and see what
gems there are to discover, hidden within the mounds of data.
